The Shore Excursion Desk, located just off the Grand Atrium, offers a unique service for passengers in that it posts the excursions that have been sold out. In this way you don’t have to line up to find that what you want to enjoy onshore is no longer available.



Take in an art auction in the Princess Fine Art Gallery or just stroll around marvelling at the artwork gracing the walls. Check out a book from the Library or if you wish, curl up in a comfy chair and take in the sights. Write notes and address postcards in the Writing Room or check out the variety of card games and board games in the Card Room.

The shopping mall on the Crown Princess is made up of a variety of stores, such as Essence, which sells perfume, Faucets, which is the jewellery store and Calypso Corner, which is one of the clothing stores on the ship.

The Internet Cafe will help you stay in touch with home or the office. You pay by the minute to use one of these computers in this venue and you can save by purchasing a package deal. Check out the display of photos from the cruise in the Photo Gallery where you can also have a professional photo taken as a souvenir of your cruise.

There is a self-service laundrette on every passenger deck of the Crown Princess. This facility is open round the clock so you can get your washing and drying done at your convenience.

Families travelling with children have a range of programs to choose from depending on the ages of the junior cruisers. There are two different groups for children up to age 12 and another program in which teenagers can socialize with those of their own age group. There is also a Youth Security program in which young people patrol the ship on the lookout for anyone attempting to cause problems. In this way, they stop trouble before it occurs.
