There are so many entertainment venues and choices in the types of entertainment on the Emerald Princess that you will have to make decisions each day and evening about what you want to see and do. The Scholarship@Sea program during the day allows you to participate in a variety of different classes, such as pottery, in which you only pay for the cost of the materials that you use. There are several lecturers on every cruise providing you with a wealth of information on a variety of topics in which you may have an interest.

The Computers@Sea program offers passengers with an opportunity to learn more about the use of computers and the Internet. There are culinary demonstrations, wine tasting events and the usual line-up of Bingo, contests and challenges during the day. As you sit around the pool you can listen to music or even take in a movie on the large LED screen. There are also movies during the night at this venue with the Movies Under the Stars where you can stretch out on your lounge chair.

Take in a large scale production in the Princess Theater where every seat has an awesome view of the stage. Along with the theatre style seats of this venue, you also have an arm rest where you can lay your drink as you enjoy the show.

The Club Fusion is an impressive venue where you can take in a cabaret show, a live band or a comedy act. This venue has additional features for your entertainment needs such as video lottery terminals and a dance floor where you can step to the beat of the music.

If gaming is your passion if you just want to try your luck, the spacious Gatsby’s Casino has a wealth of slot machines and gaming table to meet your needs. There is also a bar within the casino where you can take a break with a drink or sit back and watch all the action.



The comfortable seats in the Wheelhouse Lounge will beckon when you just want to have a chat with your friends. The nautical theme of this room is apparent in the memorabilia displayed throughout and this may become a conversation starter to help you get to know some of your fellow passengers.

Have a glass of wine in the Adagio Lounge, have a smoke in the Speakeasy Cigar Lounge or dance the night away in Skywalker’s Nightclub. Sing along with your favourite piano tunes in Crooner’s or the Emerald Plaza. There are also bars located adjacent to the pools on the ship so you don’t have to stray far from your lounge chair to enjoy the beverage of your choice.
