Traditional dining at its best is the atmosphere of the International Dining Room of the Sapphire Princess. A variety of cuisines from all over the world awaits you in this venue with its two sittings for dinner and assigned tables. During the day, you can enjoy open seating for breakfast and lunch and sit where you please.

Personal Choice Dining is the option you have in three smaller dining rooms on this ship. This means you can wander in at whatever time you please or make reservations for a specific time if you want. There is no extra charge for dining in these venues, even if you do make reservations. Each of these restaurants offers different types of cuisine. Enjoy Asian cuisine at the Pacific Moon, Tex-Mex and Mexican cuisine at the Santa Fe and Italian cuisine at the Vivaldi.

The Vivaldi does have one traditional sitting each evening at 6 p.m. After 8 p.m., though, the restaurant is open for personal choice dining. The other two smaller restaurants serve dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The trademark of Princess Cruises in alternative dining venues is Sabatini’s. This is an Italian restaurant that brings the true taste of Italy to the high seas. There is an extra charge for dining in this venue and reservations are required. Fresh-baked breads, a dazzling choice of pasta dishes and fresh seafood are some of the items you will find on the menu.

Have your steak or prime rib cooked just the way you like it when you choose a second alternative restaurant on the Sapphire Princess. This is the Savoy Dining Room where you can dine on a selection of meat dishes with many side dishes to choose from to make your meal complete. Reservations are also required in this venue and there is an extra charge per person.

The Horizon Court never closes. This buffet style restaurant on the ship has food stations with many different dishes set up around the room and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The selection of food dishes changes every day. You can choose a table inside the restaurant or dine in the fresh air at a table on the balcony.

Have all the ice cream you want at Sundaes. Prego is the ship’s pizzeria serving slices of ready-made pizza or if you wish you can have one made just for you. When you are in the mood for fast food or you can’t tear yourself away from the pool for very long, the Trident Grill has all your favourites just waiting for you.

Room service is available round the clock and the service is free for anyone who wishes a meal or a snack in their rooms.
