Dining on the Ruby Princess is a true culinary delight. The decor of the restaurants and the variety of the cuisine is sure to satisfy even the most discerning palettes. Dine in traditional fashion with assigned tables and set seating times for dinner at the Botticelli Dining Room. However, if you prefer more flexible times for your evening meal so that you don’t have to rush to get dressed for dinner, the Da Vinci and Michelangelo Restaurants serve dinner from 5:30 to 10 p.m. each evening and have the same menu as the Botticelli.

While there is no separate menu for those watching their calories, the menu does have special notations for any meals that are low in fat, sodium, or cholesterol. Vegetarians can also enjoy meals because there is one meatless meal served every night of the cruise and there is a special menu just for children.

All three restaurants are open for breakfast and lunch if you prefer a formal setting for these meals. During these times, open seating prevails in the Botticelli.

The two alternative restaurants on the Ruby Princess are the Crown Grill and Sabatini’s. At the Crown Grill you can dine on prime, rib, steak and seafood for the fee of $25 per person. Sabatini’s offers Italian cuisine with a wide variety of pasta dishes and if you wish you can try all the items on the menu. The cover charge for dining in this venue is also $25 per person.

Horizon Court is the casual buffet venue on the ship and is open from 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.. There are food stations featuring many different dishes located around the room and if you wish you can have something cooked to order. There are plenty of tables inside, but you also have the option of dining outside on the patio.



The Cafe Caribe is a second buffet dining venue on the Ruby Princess, but it is open only during meal times during the day and when the Horizon Court closes in the evening. The menu changes daily featuring Asian, Caribbean and regional dishes. Bistro service is available here from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m.

Taste the English style pub fare at the Wheelhouse Lounge where you can have a typical English lunch. The International Cafe offers sushi and fine wines, as well as specialty coffees and teas and pastries that just melt in your mouth.

Room service is available 24 hours a day and serves full meals in addition to sandwiches and salads.
