Dining on the Emerald Princess is a true culinary delight in the variety of venues and cuisine that you can choose from. If you want to dine in traditional cruising style, you can have dinner at the Michelangelo Dining room where there are two sittings for the evening meal at assigned tables. For the other meals of the day you can sit where you please.

In keeping with the Personal Choice Dining on Princess cruise ships, you can dine at whatever time you wish and sit wherever you want in the Da Vinci and Botticelli Dining Rooms. All three restaurants feature the same menu and the selections rotate nightly on each cruise offering American, international and regional dishes.

Dine at all hours of the day or night in the buffet style Horizon Court, which is open 24 hours a day. Here you can choose from a variety of stations set up around the room. If there is something you particularly like on one day, you should at least sample it because the selection of food dishes change daily and you may not get the chance to have a taste if you put it off.

The Cafe Caribe is another buffet style dining venue with themed buffets for lunch and dinner on the Emerald Princess where you will be entertained by Caribbean music. Here you can feast delicious entrees, succulent meats and pastas and the most delectable desserts. It is open each evening from 5:30 to 10 p.m.

There are mouth watering pastries as well as specialty teas and coffees available at the International Cafe and the wine list in Vines, the wine bar on the ship, is very extensive.



If you want to experience fine dining you have two alternative settings to choose from on this ship. Sabatini’s is the signature Italian restaurant and at the Emerald Grill you can feast on steak or prime rib prepared to your individual taste. Both venues also offer fresh seafood. You do have to make reservations to dine in these locations and there is a fee per person involved.

The Pizza Bar offers spectacular pizza as well as garlic rolls and salads. There are also dining venues located quite close to the pools where you can grab a burger and fries if you get the urge.

On the Emerald Princess you have the option of fine dining on the balcony of your cabin in the Ultimate Balcony Dinner or the Ultimate Balcony Breakfast. The royal treatment you receive will make you feel exceptionally special in white linen tablecloths, delicious pastries and wait staff to attend to your needs.
