With just about all of the cabins on the Ocean Princess having and ocean view and the majority of these with balconies, you will certainly enjoy the intimate appeal of this smaller cruise ship of the Princess fleet. All have amenities at your fingertips, such as room service, a hair dryer, DVD and CD player, a wall safe, refrigerator and mini-bar.
Regular suites on this ship measure about 583 square feet and have a spacious wraparound balcony measuring almost half the size of the suite. Each one has a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and a walk-in closet. The private bathroom has a separate tub and shower and there is a second bathroom for the convenience of the other two guests who can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. This type of accommodations on the Ocean Princess has two TV’s for the convenience of the four guests it can accommodate. The mini-suite measure about 260 square feet and have additional outdoor space in the 70 square foot balcony. There is no separate bedroom in this type of stateroom, but it can still sleep four people. There are two twin beds that can convert to a queen-size bed and the sofa bed in the sitting room area pulls out to form a double bed. There is also a walk-in closet in this suite and the bathroom contains a shower and tub combination. The balcony on the regular balcony staterooms are quite small measuring only 42 square feet but they are still large enough to provide you with privacy as you want to take in the view of the ocean and the fresh salt air. The room itself measures about 173 square feet. In addition to the twin beds that can be made into one larger size bed, there is a breakfast table and two chairs, a bathroom with a shower and ample closet and storage space. ![]() If you want an ocean view without a balcony, then you can book a stateroom that has a large picture window. This type of accommodations measures about 146 square feet. The interior cabins, of which there are very few on the Ocean Princess, are a little larger at 157 square feet. For the physically disabled cruise passengers, there are handicapped accommodations available in all categories. These feature 33 inch doors to make the rooms wheelchair accessible and the bathrooms do not contain any steps of impediments. There are hand-held shower nozzles, alarms in the bathrooms and lower closet railings. |
